1 .What is My Cart? How do I use it?

“My Cart” is a frequently-used screen to shop on our site and you can access it easily from the upper right corner of our page. On My Cart screen, you can:


-Navigate through the page and add the products you like to your cart by using the “Add to Cart” button.


-Check whether the products you select and gifts, if any, are added to the cart on this screen.


-Specify the quantity of products you wish to purchase. To do this, simply enter the quantity in checkboxes to the right-hand side of products in the cart and click “Update Cart.”


-If you decide not to buy a product at checkout, please click the trash icon on the right-hand side of product to delete it.


-Ensure the discount rate to be applied to your cart by simply entering your coupon code in the box that reads “Discount Code.”


-View the VAT-included total price for products.

2 .How do I find the product I am looking for?

You can search products by product name, product code or model in the search box, which is available on top of all pages of

By using the search box, you can search products in all categories as well as enter a keyword in the blank box, after which you can search the product in a specific category such as “Bridal,” “Evening Wear,” “Accessories.”

3 .How do I shop on

You can get started immediately after signing up for or signing in as a member. You can search brands or products you are interested in or view the products by selecting those you like from the departments on our site. To complete the checkout, you can add the products you like to your cart after checking the boxes for products, colors and sizes, and then fill in your delivery and payment details.

Dresses and sizing
1 .Will I need alternations?

It is most likely that you will need to alter your wedding dress. You should visit your local tailor once your gown arrives to get the perfect fit. Please note gowns that have been altered cannot be returned. 

2 .How does the sizing on your website work?

All sizes are shown in US sizing. To see the corresponding Aus size please see our sizing chart here

3 .What does ‘Plus Size’ mean?

Plus size means gowns that are from sizes 14 - 30 US or size 18 - 34 in Australian sizes.

1 .Where can I try on dresses?

We have a showroom located at 11/32 Ralph Street, Alexandria where you will be able to try on dresses. It is by appointment only. You can make an appointment to try on dresses here.

2 .Do you have all your dresses in the showroom? 

Yes we have one of each of our gowns in our showroom. However, we usually only have one of each size.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Master. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

2 .Where is my payment processed? 

Your payment is processed in our head office overseas. You may be charged an additional fee to make this payment. This is bank fee charged by your bank to process the payment.

2 .I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can select products and add them to your cart without signing up. However, you need to become a member to purchase the products in your cart.

1 .Are my Personal Details kept secure?

A key is displayed on your browser for any page where you enter your personal details. This key indicates that third parties cannot see any of the information you provide through your browser.

Shipping and returns
1 .How long does shipping take? 

Shipping normally takes 7-10 days. 

2 .Can I ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. Someone must be able to sign for the package. 

3 .Do you accept returns? 

Yes we do. We also understand that colors on your computer screen can differ a bit to how they appear in person. So, we advise that you order and view our swatches to ensure all color choices
