We want all our brides to be completely happy with their decision and love their purchase! With this in mind we have formulated our returns policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
Please note items must be returned by mail. We do not accept returns at our showroom.
All items being returned must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and must have the tags intact and attached.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it you may do this only within 48 hours of placing your order. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of placing your order and we will cancel your order and provide you a full refund including the cost of the item plus shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your stock order you may return it to us for a refund.
In order to return your item please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item quoting your order number and reason for return.
We must receive your returned item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include your name on the parcel and send them back to us by express post to:

Once received we will contact you to arrange your refund your item. Please note if you wish to return your stock item we will refund you the cost of the purchase only. We will not refund you for shipping costs of the gown.
Please note if you do not notify us and return the dress within the timeframe above we are unable to issue you with a refund.
Special order items have been made especially for you, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for these items.
We conduct very thorough quality control before items are shipped. However, in the rare circumstance that you receive a defective or damaged item or the wrong item we will replace the item (depending on stock availability) or offer you a refund.

Once your order has been placed shipping and handling will take 14 days. This is for 'in stock' items. For 'made to order' items it will take the order time which is shown on each individual product plus an additional 10 days for shipping and handling.
