Returns Policy

We want all our brides to be completely happy with their decision and love their purchase. With this in mind we have formulated our returns policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
As soon as your order is received, please make sure to check each item thoroughly immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues or concerns you must notify us straightaway.  

Bridesmaid Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all bridesmaids orders. To quality for a refund your gown must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and must have the tags intact and attached.

If you are not completely satisfied with your bridesmaids dress please submit a Returns/Exchange form If your gown(s) qualify for a return or exchange, we will provide you a reply paid address to ship the dress back to us free of charge. Please note we charge a $40 restocking fee per gown for all returns and $20 restocking fee per gown for all exchanges (including change of size, colour or style). You will be refunded the purchase price of your item less this restocking fee and less any rush fee.

"In stock" Gowns Return Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased that are showing as ‘in-stock’. Our ‘in stock’ items include our evening gowns and selected pre-made bridal gowns, which have a reduced shipping time of three weeks. All other items are considered ‘made-to-order,’ meaning items are made for you in a standard size selected by you. (Note this is different to ‘made-to-measure’). To qualify for a refund on your ‘in-stock item’ your gown must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and must have the tags intact and attached.

If you qualify for a return or exchange please submit a Returns/Exchange form within 14 days of receiving your item. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange you will be required to ship your gown back to us at your own cost. Once we have received your gown you will be refunded the cost of your “in stock purchase only." We will not refund shipping costs of the item.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

We conduct very thorough quality control before items are shipped. However, in the rare circumstance that you receive a defective or damaged item or the wrong item we will repair or replace the item (depending on stock availability). In the event that we cannot offer a suitable replacement you will be refunded for your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item please submit a Returns/Exchange form within 14 days of receiving your item.

If your item is defective, damaged or mis-shipped we will contact you to arrange your exchange or refund. Once your gown has been returned to us your refund will be processed, including the cost of the item plus your shipping costs. Please do not return your item to our showroom.

Please note, in the interest of hygiene and for your protection we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for pierced earrings or hair accessories unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault.

Sample Sale Items

All sample sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders for sample sale dresses. Please note that dresses are being sold at a heavily discounted price due to the fact that they are samples which means they may have been tried on or used for a photoshoot.
